Our training workshops are offered for both end users, admins or in a “train the trainer” style. We provide live office hour support sessions, our approach allows clients to have a live in person or virtual meeting to collaboratively problem solve, eliminating the need for back-and-forth email exchanges with vendor support teams. 

We also assist customers on contract renewal preparation and measuring their organization’s Return on Investment (ROI) with Benchling. 

Our implementation approach closely aligns with the Benchling methodology, largely influenced by our extensive Benchling project experience. The primary objective is to craft a tailored project plan that seamlessly integrates Benchling into your team’s day-to-day operations. 

The process begins with a thorough scoping of your specific scientific and process requirements, often involving teams engaged in the end-to-end process, collaborating in the same room. Once we have an end-to-end process mapped out, we develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) data model within a test environment, allowing scientist end users to test and provide feedback. Changes and adaptations are made iteratively based on the team’s feedback. 

The implementation journey culminates in a a formal and rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. When UAT is successfully done, we make the final adjustments and apply the configurations to the live tenant. Concurrently, we plan training sessions for the various user groups, including end users, system administrators and sometimes more technical training for the IT and tech owners. 

To ensure a smooth transition to the live environment, we implement a Hypercare period during which we closely monitor the platform and configurations post-live to ensure the configurations perform as intended in real-life scenarios.

Data security is paramount to everything we do. Our entire ComputedField team undergo annual mandatory training on Enterprise data security awareness and privacy training.
